Log in to the admin, click on “Posts” then “Add New”. Name it something meaningful (Like the “mid-winter swim” one) You can add media (photos – Videos etc) Click “publish”

You can do just a plane post or use the “Visual Builder” and add heaps of cool stuff – have a play, you won’t break anything. If you don’t like it you can delete or save a draft and come and see me!
