WRRA Election Process:
During the AGM on Saturday 31 March 2018, we will be calling for volunteers to join the Committee – this opportunity is open to anyone who is a member (or who is willing to join) and who puts up their hand!
Also, in advance of the AGM, nominations are being called for the following roles:
• Chairperson
• Secretary
• Treasurer
Nominations for these three positions must be received no later than Friday 30 March as nominations will not be taken from the floor at the AGM.
How to make a nomination:
1. Ensure the person you are nominating will accept the nomination (NB. It is acceptable to nominate yourself).
2. Ensure that you – and your nominee – have paid your 2018 membership subscription (Current membership runs from 1 Jan to 31 Dec 2018).
3. Ask a paid-up member to second your nomination.
4. Send / email your nomination (including name of nominee, nominator and seconder) to Margaret Bailey at 32 Kilbraugh Street or to [email protected] to arrive no later than Friday 30 March 2018
